Welcome to the new Foxhill Townhomes!

We're excited to announce that Foxhill Townhomes is under new management and ownership! We're looking forward to introducing ourselves to you as we move forward together, and to showcasing a few new additions to our online presence and community! We want to streamline your experience with us, and so we are gathering together social media feeds from the local area and JMU so you'll be able to have all that at your fingertips with one click of the mouse (or one tap on the screen)! We love suggestions and comments, so please take the time to let us know what you'd like to see on this website and at our community. We'll be hosting contests, raffles, and all sorts of exciting activities on our social media pages, so please make sure to follow. We know that these transitions can occasionally be difficult or confusing, so we want you to know we're available to help make the change an exciting one! We've got great things coming, like a new resort-style sundeck, an upgraded clubhouse, a fitness center, and even some changes to the townhomes themselves: new ranges and refrigerators, PLUS an upgraded LED lighting package!

We'll be hosting an open house on May 29th, May 30th, June 3rd, and June 4th from 9AM-7PM. We'll have drinks and snacks in the Rental Office, and we're offering a $50 Visa Gift Card for each new move-in! It starts today, so make sure to rush on in, or give us a call at 540-209-9791!
